Default OMG! Will they PLEASE get citywide WiFi!!!

I just paid my Skype bill, which is $7.95 for 3 months of unlimited calls to the U.S.A. and Canada btw and I can't help but be pissed because the city council here has been promising city wide WiFi since I moved here! Man if they do that,I'll buy a $100 Skype WiFi phone (or use my PSP) and a cheap pre-paid phone and be done with it!!! Seriously,Skype is the shit!!!

Lucky fuck! I'm sure the mobile carriers are lobbying their asses off against it but someday..... the only one that is getting somewhat on the bandwagon is T-Mobile with their mobile/voip phones. If you are in a wireless environment, like your home,it uses WiFi. If you're out and about...mobile.

They talked about doing that with PCS 10 years ago, it isn't a matter of being able to do it, it's wanting to do it.

I didn't know you could make regular phone calls with skype. I thought you could just call skype numbers.. Maybe I'll go for this instead of fucking Magic Jack.. that shit is a real rip off.
