You think someone who can afford a Veyron is going to run from the cops? And its a misdemeanor. He can afford a Veyron if they did bother to waste their own time and take him in he would be out on bond in 15 minutes.

Wouldn't 210 be an automatic felony, as opposed to the misdemeanor marked on the top of the ticket?
ETA - what about reckless driving, public endangerment, etc? |
