That's a toughie. I don't think that the consistency would really be the same. Maybe if you used the heart of someone who did a lot of cardio?

I'm not in for substituting ingredients and I've got a source of hearts full of love for the Lord. They don't happen to be filled with much love for humankind though, so it's pretty much a win-win.

OH!! Okay, that sounds perfect then. Since you've got the source, could you stick a few of them on a treadmill for a while, and then just send them my way once they're low-fat?

I picked up a nice illustrated instructional manual at the Museum of Natural History.
