Interesting. Some stuff kind of suprised me. I figured Atlanta be around 8 instead of 12. But honestly inside the perimeter of Atlanta traffic flows well. It's the outside perimeter that it gets all fucked up.
I figured DC would be were it is at but maybe closer to 3. From my days in their (Mid90s) you had one road in and one road out of that bitch. Per Capita my town sucks worse than any city in America. You can't budge on Sunday.

At least I get to split between the cars in LA....I'll agree that LA is number 1. Fucking freeways are always packed except at 1-5am....but not on the 101 through downtown LA. Shit is blocked at 2am everytime I've been on it.
