no other shocks work for your bike? Just aftermarket?

Should be real fun muscling the futura through the gap, I think it will be fine for the higher speed stuff on the skyway though. last time I was there I had my TL and railed through there, I try that this time it may not end well

I'm on an SV... There's a couple of guys on cruisers too.

I'm anxious to see how other people do at the Gap. I've never been....heard and saw pics and videos of the horror stories. I don't want to become one of them, especially since we don't have anything remotely like the curves at the Gap here. I'll be taking my time.

and nope. Unless your gixxer rider weighs more than his bike- about two times more

I gather that the rear spring rate on the 650R is about 1200 lbs/in. That's right, twelve hundred. No linkage to make a puny 400-600 lbs/in work like most supersports have.
