Default study on gear, visibility wise

Kind of dry reading, but bottom line is that wearing light, bright jacket and helmet helps a lot, as does use of reflective materials in the clothing. Headlight use of course helps. Color of motorcycle had very little effect.

My riding gears are pretty damn bright and I still have people looking dead at me yet kept on swerving into my lane because they "didn't see" me.

Three quarters of motorcycle riders had their headlight turned on during the day,
Then I guess the other 25% had a custom chopper without a headlight? Because otherwise, I don't get it.

Older bikes didn't have headlight always on.

Good for me. I like loud, obnoxious colored helmets
