Well I called my HOA this afternoon and she told me not to worry about it. She said that she will put a note in my file that I acknowledged the nasty-gram and they will check back on it in the fall when it's like 95 instead of 105.

Hit 107 today, but only 30-40% humidity so not really a big deal

As far as fireworks, Cali is a ghey state that doesn't allow anything that flys or explodes
