Default Stories like this make me want to reach for the gelding spoon

Girl is raped at 15, bullied for two years because pictures of the rape are circulated online, then kills herself.

No one could say what you would do as a parent if that were your child. But I would do as much as I could to ensure these 4 boys, their families and everyone they ever cared about died in a horrifying way before they caught me.

I'd like to know more about this story... like if she was bullied for two years, did she change schools or anything? I mean, if this was my kid and I found out about the bullying because of pictures online, I'd move her as far away from that shit as possible. Granted, there's no guarantee that it wouldn't surface again, but damn... I can't imagine a worse case scenario...

Yes, she did change schools. It followed her there. It's also tough to get away from social media.

My teen is going out on her own for the first time on a choir field trip to the coast next week. I'm not too worried, but I'm going to go discuss these two stories so the warning is fresh in her mind.
