Rae,

Come out to visit SoCal and I can assemble a mean collection of Apes, Ducks and Gooses for you to play with.

I've only ridden one Duc in my life and it and a Turbo Hayabusa is what got me into riding again after taking a break for a few years.

This 999 belongs to a member here...nhgunnut...or Rick as I know him.

Thanks Rick for your unselfishness and willingness to let someone take your sweet bikes out for a spin...or two...or three..... After visiting Rick and his wife in May 2007...I returned to NC and bought an R1 and R6...the wife has taken over the R6. We were back up visiting this past June and the wife was lucky enough to take the Duc out for a few days.

Pics of the Duc and Busa...

Me after rolling it out of the garage warming it up...yeah his backyard sucks too...looking down a mountain.

I got "stuck" riding the turbocharged Busa...

Ready to roll...

Rae you are speaking my language. My all time favorite Ducati is the 999S. What a gorgeous bike.
