Definately man. No issues on this ride....other than both of my rear turn signals vibrated the hell off.

I gotta take apart the tail section today and bolt them back up.

Damn Harley engine will shake every single bolt loose if you let it.

I know what you mean...several friends with Harley's and when I owned my BigDog my tail light kept breaking bulbs due to vibration (side mounted with tag). That was back in 2000-2001 and LED lights weren't as popular as they are now. I just kept an extra bulb in the pocket most of the time.

Already mentioned in the other thread...nice bike man.

Actually, I do agree. The X bikes are far more refined and well built (save for the 08's having tuning probs) right now.

After the 1125's have been around for a few years, they too will be refined and reliable, and a far better track weapon than the XB's.

Great pics... good to see some TWF'ers get together.

And yes these v-twins in general will vibrate off anything and everything... you should see how bad a BIG v-twin is when its solid mounted to the frame!!!!

I haven't rode a buell in 4 years or somin... maybe 3... have they increased the rpm band? I always thought it never hit a solid wall of power band and it always seemed like it wanted to rev higher but always got smacked down on rev limiter.

I think the 07's bumped 200rpm. How much can you do with this engine? Not much more. The XBRR's rev to 10,000 something...and are extremely unreliable.

I, however, find the opposite. I dont come close to redline. Don't need to. It's making 60 some odd foot lbs of torque right off idle. No need to rev the piss out of it.

The biggest thing for me was getting used to not shifting all the time. 3rd gear will work for just about every road.
