The paint on that particular road provides adequate grip, and can be crossed at knee dragging lean angles without incident in the dry.

the stretch, lowered, etc=no. the bike didnt make him go down-he made him go down

It wasn't stated he crashed just before this photo. I would agree that played a big part of it when it did happen. That and crossing the center line habit.

Sorry Gear Nazis,but his lack of gear didn't cause him to crash,nor did the brand of bike he was on,nor the chrome rims,etc.... He crashed for the same reason that most people crash around there;
1. they lacked the necessary skills to traverse that road the speed they were going.

2. they lacked the proper equipment bike/set-up to go the speed they were going.
