1.) They LOOK better than the bright silver stock levers
2.) They're about 3/4" of an inch shorter, plus they're scored, so if I were to drop the bike, and the lever snapped, it'd still be rideable (you might laugh, but I've known it to happen with stock levers, leaving the bike unrideable )
3.) They actually FEEL a little different than the stock. I like the shape of them.
4.) Did I mention they look HELLA better than stock?

It might be a bit longer, in truth, I don't remember since it's been too cold to ride all week. My only concern was it would be 'in the way,' and since it's not, it's like frame sliders to me -- they're there for protection and I don't pay any attention to them.
