Default Morals and Ethics

If when taking a mandatory ethics course at work, is it morally or ethically wrong to have one person take the course assessment, and then the rest of the team share his answers so they actually don't have to take the course? This is an online course.

(I'm bored today and want to try and get someone all riled up. It's bound to happen).
