Humans simply don't know anything about anything.
So I'm trying to cut down to 145lbs for fights I have coming up in August. There is prize money involved and every time that happens there is a lot of weight cutting that goes on. Really I need to lose the last 5lbs of belly fat I have, then I can cut 5 more in a sauna, as I'm 155 right now.
Anyway, eating healthy is pretty common sense, but I was looking for some solid advice on making those last two lower abs pop through. Aside from the general common sense nutrition stuff (don't drink sodas, etc.) there was great, GREAT debate on every forum or comment section I read. Carbs are the devil, carbs are the bomb...can't survive without 'em, eat lots of fruit, don't eat any fruit, blah blah blah...and so on. Then I realized that pretty much every subject is like this from religion to politics to the environment and that we just don't know shit....but man, we sure do get an A+ for pretending we do!
