As someone who appreciates FINE tobacco, like that in cigars, personally I don't care for cigarettes nor the part of this tax on them.
I do however give a shit about the fact that cigars were taxed today at about $.40 a PIECE for large, "premium" hand-mades. Something still yet to be proven to cause any of the cancers cigarettes do, however Obama's strike at the rich should hit a few pockets with this tax. Namely mine, even though I'm not rich. Thankfully since I'm a Cigar Rights of Assoc member, I've known about this tax coming for awhile now and since stocked up a supply. So put this in your pipe 'Bama and smoke it! |
