Default Excess 11

I remember when the Yamaha XS11 came out in 1978. Motorcyclist rode one from LA to Chicago and back. Paid about $54 in gas. Nowadays, that amount wouldn't get them to San Francisco and back.

I raced one on the street with my GS1000 back then. He took me off the line and was a car-length ahead of me and I could not catch him. I saw this one on CL: http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/3741993932.html It's in good shape and has the right aftermarket goodies. Talk about a torque monster. And it has a stock shaft drive.
