Well the insp went well. No real major issues to deal with for now. Said I should reseal the driveway, and replace a few of the wood tiles, but otherwise things look like a go. Should get the report in a day or 3 and then its off to contract we go.

yeah were doing a 30 ry fixed, if the house was a little less I was kicking around a 15 yr. I keep working the side gigs like this and I could pay it off in 5 yrs LOL
