Default Hubby's Other Toy - DRZ400S

As mentioned in another thread hubby has been buying toys like crazy. Guess since he has a job now I can't really complain.

He picked up this 2000 DRZ400S back in October. He rides this thing ALL the time! I'm glad to see him excited about riding again. And for anyone that might remember, yes, he still has the ZX10.

I realized after I posted the picture/thread. But just in case, I figured I should throw that in there

You know what's funny? I'm looking at CL and ebay as I read this thread. I want an older DRZ, KLX, or the like. Something I can play with, but I have to be able to plate it too.

Just for my own edification, do you know about what he paid for that one?

Of course, it's all a pipe dream as the wife will never allow it, but still...

I'm not 100% sure what he paid, but I know it was pretty good deal. I can let you know exactly when he responds to me.

Edit - He stole it for $1800

Good deal on a cool toy. I wonder how much trouble I would get in if...

I would hope very little, but I know it doesn't work that way. I just don't understand why.

I gave up understanding it years ago. I just know how it is.

I know you said older, but I found this - http://austin.craigslist.org/mcy/2083813857.html
KBB is around $2500 so they aren't too far off base.
