WOW!! thats a great picture. Im starting my exercise schedule on monday, gonna start up a 5 day routine along with some better choices for food.

Good for you Loz! Remember to take baby steps. If you start off hardcore (at least for me) and it's too hard, I lose my motivation REALLY fast. So start off with something easier that you know you can do and then you'll have the "hey, this isn't so bad" attitude and you can progress from there.

And the mornings you wake up saying you can't do it today...you need to think "wait a minute, I did it yesterday, so I can do it today. No biggy."

It's much easier said than done. Just try to keep the right attitude. Good luck! We're all rootin for ya!

and be PATIENT shit is going to happen slow

your body is a bio-feedback system...if you lose too much too fast your body will fight you and try its hardest to hold on to every piece of fat.

also, try thermogenics, they worked great for me...problem is there is so much caffeine in them that you can get caffeine addiction.
