You know.. I am going to get on the bandwagon. I think this is a great idea! I was 117 lbs for 15 minutes back in 1995, I think I am going to make my 2011 goal 115. No matter that I look like anorexic under 125..

Don't worry about me though, I plan on taking a multi-vitamin!

I'm not saying they are not useful, I'm saying they are not complete. The food should have a complete amino acid profile to be counted.

Satisfying beatdown, and I didn't even have to deliver it.

Anyway: I'm down five pounds from Monday. Too early to judge, though, since my weight can fluctuate that much or more in a day, depending on what / how much I've eaten, how many times I've visited the restroom, etc. Feeling decent by my standards; no lack of energy (comparatively speaking) and the holiday-bloat is diminishing quickly.

I skipped the detox week and went right into my posted diet. May still do the detox after New Year's Eve, considering the activities that may or may not take place that evening. I know a lot of people don't believe in detox diets, but after my past few months I really need to flush my guts.

Are you six feet tall? If not, you won't look anorexic under 125 pounds. But you can tell yourself that if it makes you feel better.

Woa, really? I was down to 123 in 2003 and it was probably the most unhealthy I've ever been. I mean, my ribs could be seen... icky. I'm 5'10" I think she's right there with me on height.

Man, do what's right by you. But, maybe some therapy instead of whack-a-do diet?

"Whack-a-do"? REALLY?

Besides, therapists need therapy after an hour with me.
