cause I just caught my panniers mid corner and highsided my GS into Kill boy's new car...

Actually, you'll likely drag the 'engine protection bars' (a.k.a. crash bars) on RH turns or centerstand lever/footpeg on LH turns. And yeah, don't go carving up turns with the nice big EXPENSIVE saddlebags attached...
