i had a sample of duggers wing sauce they use in a challenge, it was the hottest thing i have ever tasted, 15 mins later i was still in pain, i woke up the next day and my tongue was numb were the toothpick had touched it, its is some special sauce the local bar makes one batch at a time, its just as hot as daves insanity sauce imho
