I've already taken so many photos my mother actually took the camera away from me when I was at their place on the weekend.
I've owned dogs all my life but somehow was away for the puppy stages (away at school or just too young to remember). I've been very vigilant with her training, being consistent and patient (oh god the patience). So far so good. We're starting puppy school in October. |

I thought you were joking until I fired up google.
I had NO idea and she's definitely not named after the button shop. The "lou lou" part has been set in stone for ages (I'm talking before I even thought about getting a dog). I also wanted to name her after one of my favourite soccer players. My two faves are Cesc Fabregas and Theirry Henry. Some names we tried: Lou Lou Henry Lou Lou Francois Lou Lou Cesc Lou Lou Francesc We had settled on Lou Lou Cesc and in the car on the way home my boyfriend said "that name just doesn't work for her, she's cute as a button" and the name Lou Lou Buttons was born. Only decision left to make is whether to spell it Lou Lou or Lulu. |

That's not a dog. That's an ankle biting nuisance.
Congrats on your new pet though. |
