Totally agree, and loose theory ability to every use it again. But I wonder if its worth spending any money searching every lotto winner to sweet if they are on welfare. If it really worth spending $5 to save $2

I dont know. That guy is clearly a dirtbag but if he cant work and is only getting $1500/month in interest or whatever his investments are hes still below the poverty line for a family of 3.
Im not sure what the requirements are for an individual.
