IIRC there were a lot of congrats on here too.

Or maybe you didn't like being judged for something after publicly admitting your attitudes before.

Now now... "naysayers" would be if were believed you, but didn't SUPPORT it, i.e. didn't think you were good enough for her or something. Then you'd be star-crossed lovers, you'd make a suicide pact, and it'd all have a tragic ending.

We haven't been naysaying at all. We're just harder to con, that's all! Like I said, if this is for real, it's what you get for keeping it a secret to the point of engagement.

For the record, there were quite a few who believed in the prank. Although I feel sometimes the joke was more on me. Fred knows I hate lying, but I don't think he realized that it even included jokes or pranks. It's been a challenge for me to post without lying. I only lied once and that was about my camera being broke on my phone. Now I'm afraid karma's going to bite me in the ass and something's going to happen to my phone.

I also learned a lesson. Always ask Fred what he has planned when he messages me with "I wanna pull a prank on the board. You in?" Now I know to ask what the prank is before agreeing again.

And I'm still awaiting a call back from the job interview. I called this morning and was told she'd return my call. Nothing yet. Damnit.

Steph, you don't like lying because you're a terrible liar.
