can someone give me the cliff notes to this place? what is this group thing? I'm on cf refugees now. and what do i do with the friends requests? is it like a secret society thing where we can chat amongst ourselves??

Vegas is good, i'm officially acclimated to the weather here, its 50 degrees and i'm wearing a ski parker and i can cut glass with my nipples.

I'm now a foster mom with pug rescue and Puggy has taught my first and current foster essential pug skills like sleeping under the covers, playing with toys and eating treats.

The running is coming along, though i have yet signed up for the 5k, but i have been pretty regular with training, taking this week off to stretch, recover and play on the pole. My belly is slowly shrinking.

Whats new with everyone here? I've been MIA on the i-net.

Method, how is married life and Bindhu??? I really wish i could have made it!

And why the heck with Gixster change his name??

Long story... mainly because of a crazy stalker ex who we were worried would track him to the board.

Sweet deal on the training! My older brother has been training for marathons as well.

We missed you at the wedding! I'll have to send you some pictures (we just got the proofs back)

Married life is about the same as it was before we got married. Just more permanent now.
