I dont know when you were in it, but as far as I understand, every branch has power hungry assholes who will throw you to the sharks to get where they want to be.

That aside, if someone is so stupid as to get too sunburned to work, they deserve to be written up. They make sunscreen, the rules are clear, sounds to me that Jtemple was in the right even if his boss didnt make him do it. This idiot probably caused everyone he works with to have to pick up his slack.
