K, got the procedure done at 8ish this morn. there was some needle sticking pain and some discomfort during the proc. i took 3 advil as soon as i got home.

it's 11:30 now and it doesn't really hurt.

Actually you are supposed to do that anyway after the procedure. The more you do it, the faster you will be come sterile. It can take up to 6 weeks before you are "swimmer free".

Damn when I got cut i had them put me under completely, all I remember is laying on a table strapped down singing a beetles song with teh anethsesiologist. Next thing I knew I woke up and freaked out that they weren't done chopping away. The doc offered to do it in his office and a local, I just couldnt bring myself to sit through it

not me, I watched the whole procedure. I agree with RX that it didn't hurt and I was out at the club that night.
