I don't believe they're "good" for you, but I believe the negative effects they have on your health to be lower than than smoking tobacco. Better still, they're odor free, don't give bad breath, and are undetectable for people who are being denied smoke breaks.

Even better than that, though I was a light smoker before, I actually vape less than I ever smoked....not even on a daily basis anymore, which is cool. Unfortunately, since they are an effect cessation tool, they will likely be outlawed soon and we will have to turn to the black market to get ours.
i think all it does is give you that "shot" of nicotine and I believe you can taper down to try and wean yourself off it all together. He also said you still get some of the flavor of differnet brands.

Yes, its just a different, less stinky way, to get your nicotine. However, the liquids I use now are all nicotine free. I started at 18mg, went down to 12, and then went to 0.

The different flavors are awesome. My favs are peach and blueberry.

I don't care if people smoke. If you are dumb (yes dumb) enough to smoke cigarettes (at least pot gets you high) then that is your choice. But what bugs me is the smoker's mentallity. "I have a RIGHT to smoke" and blah blah blah. I hate it when someone around me is smoking and they ask "care if I smoke". I answer "Yes I do" and they they get pissy looking. Sorry but I enjoy breathing and don't feel like fucking up my lungs.

At my school there is a spot the smokers hang around to smoke (even though the campuss is smoke free). It is also next to my A&P lab. I was taking my final and I could smell that shit through the door like I was inhaling it myself.

Of course the government should have no say in it. But a company/business/hospital/etc should.

Why would they outlaw them? Because they actually work to help people stop smoking, and because people enjoy doing it.

Hurt can heal. Emphysema and cancer can't

Seriously, why would anyone born after 1930 smoke? Hell, you even decrease your chances of getting laid if you are a male.

A guy who doesn't smoke will bang a chick who smokes
A chick who somkes will bang a guy who doesn't smoke.
A girl who doesn't smoke won't touch a guy who does.
The guy who smokes will never get the girl who doesn't.

I dunno, I've had a lot of sex over the past 10 years...

Sorry, you're not going to get disease walking past someone who's smoking.

On an airplane...I might give you that one.

Don't get me wrong. I dig chicks who smoke. One thing I learned about smokers is if they'll stick that nasty smoke and tar filled thing in their mouth they'll stick anything in their mouth.

Of course nothing sucks worse than waking up next to some bitch who smokes. The smell of bar skank only smells good for so long.

And if I owned a company I would never hire a smoker. They are scientifically proven to be dumber (http://www.israel21c.org/20100318776...d-to-lower-iqs). They also cost a company productivity with smoke breaks, call out sick more, and are more likely to do drugs (even though I know everyone here can cure cancer while fucked up on LSD). Not to mention raise insurance rates.

So the question remains. Why would anyone decide to smoke when it can cost you so much?

Because they want to? I'm glad I don't live in a world where I only do things I need to do and that are good for me.

The two pitchers of beer and twenty wings I had last night? I know they're horrible for me. Still enjoyed every minute of it.
