No and yes, unless it is trying to lift the record player.

No because the rotors would hit the rails on the first thing.
Yes on 2 because even with rotation, there would still be down draft air from the rotors, creating lift.

Depends. In the last one if the turntable matches rotor speed in opposing direction, the rotor remains essentially motionless against surrounding air.

No lift.

It would throw the heli off before it got to that speed and then the heli would crash and the blades would hit the ground and again, no takeoff. LOL

Yes it's 48 halves times the sum of 9 and 3...288. It was just written a tad confusing.
