Default Ok to use 5w during summer?

Since the oil is 40 viscosity, it shouldnt matter at operating temps. Advance has the Rotella T6 5w-40 thats the same no conservative and has JASO approvals.

Ive ran the 15w-40 triple protection with no problems. Never could find the T6 and Advance finally carries it. The T5 comes in 10-30w and is semiblend. I have that in my vehicle right meow.

I run Rotella 5w-40 in my car and two bikes.. love that oil.. relatively cheap and always scores really high on tests.
