Foley Beach has a few good spots.

If you're into old guns and swords, the museum isn't bad.

WTF are you doing in the wrong Carolina anyway?

Go to Sullivan's Island. They got a hamburger joint that is themed on Edgar Allen Poe that is delicious. The beach on Sullivan's is usually less crowded.

Fort Sumter is a must visit.

The naval museum with the aircraft carrier is pretty neat.

There is a seafood restaurant downtown that is good, I will have to find the name for you.

The Henley museum is pretty awesome.

Stupid Henley museum was closed when I was there. It was the only thing I really wanted to see.

I was going to suggest the Carrier, but Tmall is in the navy (I think?) and I didn't know if he'd want to spent his vacation wandering around on a ship.

Lol. Hyman...

Went to Wild Wing Cafe. It was decent. Our waitress was cute, and every time she said "Ya'll" my mangina tingled a bit.

Getting a hotel for the weekend in Folly Beach. Hoping to download the new episode of SONS and TWD while I'm there. Went to the Market Street Winery (?).. It's a coyote ugly type bar. It had more dicks than a Richard Nixon lookalike contest.

How fun is sailing when you rent a room to pretend you're at home.

The worst part? There are four canadian ships in for the weekend. No matter where you go, it's fucking canadian sailors.

Least beer is cheap on the boat.

Three week Task Group Exercise aka TGEX. That and finishing up my plant operator certification. With the cert, I can easily come back to the military if my plan on becoming a civi doesn't work out.

Only took me nine years to figure out I despise my job with a passion that makes Charlie Sheen's drug addiction look like a craving for saltines.
