I got out of my recliner. Hurt so bad I couldnt move my head and had to breath like I was in labor when the pain hit. The supper fun part was waking up at 5am and almost passing out and having to sit on my bed for 20 mi utes concentrating on breathing and dumping water on myself. Ibprophen wouldnt have done crap.

I had that issue a few years back... Started drinking more water and I rarely have any issues. Seriously. I drink 1.5-2 gallons per day, but you don't need anything near that. Of course, I could be wrong and you could be getting a solid half gallon per day... but I doubt it. Soda, coffee, etc don't count... a lot of that stuff dehydrates you more than they hydrate. |

Ive laid off the soft drinks a lot. Usually just water and some gatorade with an social drink of soft drink.
I cant wait for that stupid expensive medical bill that I wont be able to pay to come in. Fantastic. |

I got insurance (70/30 hmo) but Im sure Im still gonna have to pay way more than what I should have to. I was the only one in the waiting room. Eight minutes with the doc, and two shots with a prescription.
