I thought you needed to pit him against Freddy Krueger in a whole fire/water thing?

maybe, I never watched that one. last one I watched was when he came to manhattan and died in the toxic waste of the NYC sewers

Oddly enough, I don't think I've seen all of that one.

One that entertained me, although it was so far out that I wouldn't even call it part of the series, is Jason X.
It's not even scary, it's just slasher/sci-fi.
But hey, Lexa Doig.. I'm in.

the first couple were good but then it just got totally out of hand and i agree it became more sci fi when a rotting corpse comes to life from a lightning bolt and now bullets only aggrivate him.

Well, he was always undead and pretty much unstoppable.
Some killers have undead strength.
Some killers have retard strength.
Jason Voorhees has undead retard strength.

i think in 2 and 3 he was a little more human but after that it jsut started to get out of control. Yet I still watched most of them
