They want you to turn your foot sideways and use the knarling to push it down till you can actually put your foot on it. PLUS they won't allow you to drive off it!

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like the one you got and love has the same issue as the one you hated?

Nope. The ez up lever is sticking out well past the floor board mount. The hd one was under it. Plus different angles. Trust me way way different.

Plus the ez up allows me to put on center stand while still on the bike. And as I said. Drive off is real nice.

On of my buddies picked up a Zuma recently. Another one of the guys on the department took it for a ride, it was on the center stand and he was confused as to how to get it off. I told him to pin the throttle and then rock it onto the back tire Sadly, the guys stopped him before he could try it.
That would have been interesting.

I did... but nothing happened, the owner showed him how to get it off correctly, so no fun.

Yeah, that helps.

I was hoping for the exact same shot before and after (we all know you have a shot from every angle every step of the way ) but this good.

IMO, seeing it like that gives an appreciation for how much the bike has evolved.

Fuck wheels, you only need a center stand a leveling device.

That's a great idea, but shouldn't the centerstand be a little longer? I always use my centerstand, but I've never had a bike without one. I use it to check the oil level, fill the gas to the top, spin the wheels to get the tire valve where I can reach it, and the bike takes up less room in the garage. Plus, it looks cool to put it on the stand in front of other bikers (some can't lift their bike onto the stand). Decades ago, the point of a centerstand was to get the rear wheel off the ground for oiling the chain.

I know your Harley uses a belt, so what do you plan on doing with the bike upright?
