One of the girls on CF did that. Her thumb has a nice big chunk taken out of it.

She rides a gsxr too.

She's probably in that thread somewhere, but it's blocked so I can't see.

Ha I've done that a thousand times in the past. Now I just use a grunge brush and rotate the wheel by hand. Doing it using engine power just makes a bigger mess IMHO. As far as losing fingers, well if you put the rag on the sprocket or on the chain as it LEAVES the sprocket...

To be honest, the best way to do this is with a grunge brush.
and chain cleaner. I bet this guy changes v belts on a car while it's running.

I remember when that happened. Dano felt so bad because he was the one that showed her that method. It all just happened so fast - and all the wonderful people that have the "you're a dumbass" comments. *phew* Like, losing part of your hand ever makes you feel like it was an intelligent move??
