I mean you could try to stop her, but she'll still go. The difference will be that she probably wont come back.

Theres a better chance of her ending up face down, ass up for some other brother if you try to stop her.

Oh she'll be fine. Just tell her not to talk to strangers, don't go out alone by herself after hours, don't walk down dark alleyways, don't try to look cute, don't give out any personal detail, etc. Get her hood rat clothing. She'll be bored, but she'll increase her chances of survival.
