There is that one plug that's a plug and a patch. You have to remove the tire to install it from the inside though.

New tire is here and my new Sargent seat. Awesome, I have be ridding lightly on the plugged tire.

I love my Sargent seat. Got a used one for next to nothing (just has a small rip in one place that I need to have patched).
