It looks like the rider saw the cop, panicked, and grabbed a handful of brake. I don't think the accident would've happened had the cop not been there but I can't fault the cop for the wreck, the dumbass rider is to blame.

agreed. If there'd been a deer standing there or even a shiny freakin' rock I'll bet he would have done the same thing and ended up in the dirt.

Dumbass cops shouldn't sit in corners. Park at the end of a straight, or GTFO.
