Takes too long to check out, the self checkouts never work and end up taking twice as long as waiting in line, there are too many retarded people there that won't get the fuck out of my way, and their shit isn't organized at all.

I can probably count on two hands how many times I've been inside of a mall the past 15-20 years. I'm not counting going into a department store located on an end, through it's external doors and getting what I need there and leaving. Bad service.
Depressing environment.
Long lines.
I dont like the effect they have on their competitors and suppliers. Wal-Mart is only giving its customers what they want (the lowest prices possible) but I dont have to support it.

Ionly go when I have no other choice. Maybe 5 times a year.
