Yeah, it's not a power house, but it provides a nice ride for it's purpose.
I really like bored out stroked thumpers. Nothing like a single thats been pushed to the absolute limit

I love my P-Twin! It's a lot like a puppy It just wants to play. It doesn't have to be ridden hard like a supersport I4, way up in the RPMs.And it doesn't punish you. Most V-Twins have that "rattle your teeth out" feel- no thanks. I wouldn't turn down a Tuono though. After this weekend, I want to ride a real sporting V4 (no a V-Max tank doesn't count)
Dino Triples?

Not enough diversity in my riding history.
I've mainly ridden I4's and the V-Twins I've ridden have been Harley's and cruisers. Can't claim a favorite until I ride more types. |

Big bike shows are where it's at. I've ridden all the common configs. I4, V-twin, Single, P-Twin, V4. It's amazing how much difference there is when you change the design ideal and displacement a little in the same style engine. Small singles around 250 suck on the street, but get up to 650, and it's not bad. Then you go from the SV to the Buells to the Aprilias, and the V-Twins can have a big variety too. I can't wait to ride a VFR, because I definitely did not like the V4 in the Max. Still waiting to ride a modern triple and a turbine and a boxer and etc. etc. etc...
