That's pretty much spot-on. Although most of the West coast of South Florida is pretty weird. |

I just watched the shuttle fly over the Getty. So much awesome. So freakin' big! I mean, I knew it was big--it's a space ship bolted to the top of a 747 for pete's sake--but I was still blown away by the size. |

Right but they changed the design--it says so right in that thing you quoted. It's not the same.

right but the design was changed after the fact, it was still designed to eventually fly in space, and had most of the finished systems for flight. Because of the cost involved they decided to build a whole new one instead

People on CA are mad cuz they have to cut down 400 trees to get the shuttle to it's final resting place. NASA is having to obviously replace the trees, give scholarships and other things, lol
Strange they "had" to get it out of Houston, but wont be moving the shuttle for like 12 days

I went by Dyess AFB today and I guess it finally got the laser 747. Trying to find some info on it. There was a small dome on top just behind the flight crew and the top of the plane behind the dome was sunk down some. Took some shots but was pretty far off.

Hey now, take your shuttle and go sit in the corner and be quiet. Though you are correct
