GT does around 50 on the hwy, accord around 25. I may try a few hwy runs on thebuell to see how its mileage is after. I think drewpy said he was getting close to 60 on his. Only bummer is the bikes take premium and the car takes the cheap stuff.

i'm loose-loose, bike gets like 28-32mpg, and uses premium
car gets like 35 and uses cheap gas

i fill up every 2 days, cuz i ride about 45mi rd trip, and i get about 110mi to a tank.

so i total i use more time/money commuting on the bike. but only bikers understand why it's worth it.

I haven't measured the mileage on the Buell, at least not that I remember, but it and my car both take premium and my car gets maybe 28mpg combined if I'm not too aggressive.

Why you so tight?

Loose loose local.

Mine is averaging about 41 mpg. That's with no track days or agressive twisty riding (cause obviously there isn't any here).

Sucks this year I probably won't be able to commute much on it, or I'll have to pick up a KLR or the like, as construction around the lake makes travel with anything less than a 4x4 virtually impossible.

I can't believe how old this forum is already.

Through coon pictures era, the sportbikegurls wars, and the death of TWF.
