My thoughts exactly...He was trying to act like a hardass at Contract...Saying we were already getting a good deal and he wasnt going to bend anymore on anything (little shit like whats included in the house and Our Realtor tried to get him to buy us this home warranty they offer for first time homeowners)


But Its ok the market will bounce back I'll make the house even better and when we go to sell we'll make a decent profit (I hope Lol)

It is pretty sweet to Know I get to move into MY OWN HOUSE in a month.

as for the homeowner warranty, it's a complete waste for anyone that knows how to do shit on their own.
Fucked around for 4 days when my water heater went out, and still ended up paying almost as much as if I had just done it myself.

Well Yeah I am actually Very handy...But I wasn't paying for it...she was trying to get HIM to pay for it for US...I wasn't gonna argue Lol.
