Default WTF? Turn signal on your sleeve?

I saw it while on the way to work this morning. I've never heard of such a thing but it was cool, an actual blinking arrow on the rider's sleeve. Definitely added some visibility!

Gotta get me one of those...

Yeah, that's NOT it. The signal was an actual blinking arrow on his arm right below his shoulder. It's a good thing I was stopped at a light because I was slightly distracted by it.
I've been looking all morning for photos on the interwebz... no joy...

Chi - I saw him on 98 in Navarre...I was so mesmerized by it that I forgot to notice what kind of sport bike he was on. It was yellow
