16K+ on the SV and 14k+ on the Buell and both still have stockers on there, both look fine.

Ever consider a cover?

I use these on my HDs. Not cause I'm wearing out my grips but because they are comfortable and I like that they increase the girth of the grip as well. (quit you perves)

Very frequently... 20 to 30 hours.

Roughly translates to about 1000mi MAX. Depending on my average lap speed.(and track length)

There are a number of guys who have talked about using something similar on the TL forums... Man they are ugly, but the guys swear by them...
