Default S. Carolina delivers!

The lolz.

"[My grandmother] told me as a small child to quit feeding stray animals. You know why? Because they breed. You're facilitating the problem if you give an animal or a person ample food supply. They will reproduce, especially ones that don't think too much further than that. And so what you've got to do is you've got to curtail that type of behavior. They don't know any better."

-- SC Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer, on government assistance...

It makes perfect sense. If you stop providing school lunches, poor kids will starve to death before they are old enough to breed.

Saw that on Colbert last night. Hilarious!

He did come back and clarify his statements by saying, "I have nothing against animals"

hahahahahahaha

Bauer made the comment as part of an argument that people should lose government benefits if they fail drug tests or don't attend parent-teacher conferences or PTA meetings.

"Look folks, if you receive goods or services from the government and you don't attend a parent-teacher conference, bam, you lose your benefits," he said. In a follow-up story, the Greenville News reports that Bauer said "he would penalize only adults and that he never advocated taking away a child's free or reduced-price lunch. His speech was about breaking the cycle of dependence on government aid, he said."

Isn't this the same state where the Governor flew to Argentina to get a piece of ass?

Yep.

How does he propose to penalize the adults, then? And who is collecting exact attendance records at PTA meetings anyway?

Being a douchebag for being a politician ballsy enough to say what millions of people across the country say, even if it maybe isn't the most politically correct? Makes sense.
