Anything more than a 10% chance of rain and I'm not going to bother. I'm pretty much commuting only these days... If I can avoid a wet ass, I will.

Snow/ice on the road I won't (besides my 'round the block I did last weekend )
If it's raining when I would leave for work, then no. I don't mind a "pleasure" ride in the rain, or riding home from work in it, but being wet all day at the office is not my idea of fun.
I am with ya on riding to work and being wet. A few times I would leave one job to go to another, so it was a guessing game/roll of the dice on the weather. A few times I choose poorly and got clobbered in the rain which made for a sucky day.

When it gets really windy here, we have gusts from 25 to 50 mph so me and the bike would get blown away. And anything over 106 degrees

I've been spoiled by the places I live. My rule of thumb is that anything under 50 degrees is too cold.

To be fair, I'm 6'6" on a Supersport (usually) so wind protection is minimal and my commute is about 25 miles each way and mostly highway. I'm starting to look for something with more legroom, and the wind protection factor is part of the reason I'm looking at sport-tourers rather than cruisers with bags.
