Default Table & Chairs project

Before and after

And my hi tech air filtration system (actually works pretty good for most of the stuff the sander puts off)

And the finished product

And they actually match the table decently considering they were found in the bulk trash area

Total investment in the chairs is a hair under $30

color was too dark, ugly black faux rivets, some cracked parts, joints that needed fresh glue, wobbly legs, deep scratches, that sort of thing. They are decent chairs, but have been abused for a long time. I needed chairs and they were free.

They look awesome. 10 hours isn't bad. But at $25 an hour that's $250 in labor... so I'd say you have a vested amount of about $300. Still an amazing classic table/chairs for that amount. Should be able to give to the kids when they get older and move out.

He's non-union, so that's only $15/hr

Good work, man. They cleaned up really nice.
