Thanks! We like it... The part behind the grapes is ours too, it's just fenced separately so there's a place to put the dogs if you're having a cookout or something

We're going to the Gap next week, but it's about 250 miles if we take interstate the whole way.

Lived in TN for 6 months....nice house. It reminds me of the 95 degree heat with 90% humidity with no sounds for miles other than the insects.
